Corn Flake Pie Shell
Make your own home-made pie.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups   Fine Corn Flake Crumbs
1/4    Cup    Butter or margarine, melted
2       tbsp   Sugar

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well and press firmly on bottom and up
sides of pie pan building up as high an edge as possible.  
Bake about 10 minutes. Cool.


Southern Fried Chicken
A nice recipe

Ingredients:
1              Egg
3/4 Cup    Cream
3/4 Cup    Gluten free bread flour
1    tsp     Salt
1/4 tsp     Pepper
1    tsp     Poultry seasoning
1    tsp     Paprika

Directions:
Beat together egg and cream
Combine all dry ingredients
Dip chicken piece in cream mixture, then roll in flour mixture
Repeat for thicker, crispy coating
Place in hot skillet (medium heat) with about 1/2 inch oil.  
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn chicken and cook for
another 10 to 15 minutes.  Coating should be crispy and
nicely browned.  If coating browns too quickly before chicken
is cooked, turn down heat and cook more slowly.
